Willowstone accepts both dogs and cats. Our pet policy includes:

• Dogs & cats must be at least 6 months old
• All pets must be house-trained
• Male dogs and cats must be neutered; female dogs and cats must be spayed
• Emotional Support Animals require a valid ESA letter
• Up to two pets allowed per apartment (contact leasing for limits/fees)

Willowstone Apartments offers military housing and is a popular choice for military personnel working at Naval Station Everett or nearby facilities. We provide convenient off-base housing with flexible lease options and a short commute. Our team is happy to help support new military relocation. Willowstone offers standard lease terms ranging from 6–12 months. Short-term leases may be available upon request with an additional fee. 

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Household gross monthly income must be 2.5× the monthly rent
• Acceptable credit history based on multiple factors (not solely credit score)
• Applicants with certain rental history issues (e.g., repeated lease violations, unpaid balances) may be denied or may be required to pay an additional security deposit

The application process includes:

• Submitting an online application
• Providing ID and income verification
• Completing background and credit screening
• Paying the application fee and applicable deposits
