Willowstone offers standard lease terms ranging from 6–12 months. Short-term leases may be available upon request with an additional fee.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Household gross monthly income must be 2.5× the monthly rent
- Acceptable credit history based on multiple factors (not solely credit score)
- Applicants with certain rental history issues (e.g., repeated lease violations, unpaid balances) may be denied or may be required to pay an additional security deposit
